We are Steven and Veronica Oliver - two passionate Francophiles who met, fell in love, and married in Paris, living our dream by dividing our time between the enchanting city of Paris and the picturesque Loire Valley Château Country. Our love for French culture, gastronomy, and viticulture is boundless, and we relish sharing our discoveries with friends and family. We take complete charge of:
- Cleaning between guest and owner stays & supplying hotel-quality linens such as sheets, quilt covers, towels, dish cloths
- Providing essential supplies like paper products, kitchen supplies, foreign appliance adapters, hairdryers, extra batteries, light bulbs
- Offering guide books and a Guest Information Manual for appliance use and care
- Managing general property maintenance and replacing broken or damaged items
- Providing a helpline for guest questions and problems
- Managing advertisements on vacation property sites to ensure high occupancy
