Cancellation policy

Bookings cancelled 60 days or more before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled 30 days or more before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.

late check in / check out

We do our best to facilitate your requests for times outside of standard hours.
Earlier check-ins are possible if there are no guests checking out the same day.
Later check-outs are possible if there are no guests checking in the same day.
Please contact us if you have a request for early checkin or late checkout.

Keys

You will receive two sets of keys for your use during your stay. These keys must be left at the property upon departure in a manner agreed upon with the Owner/Manager.
There is a $140 charge for each lost key.

lost items

We are not responsible for any items left behind.
For any items that you ask us to return by post, there will be a service charge of $30 payable in advance, plus applicable shipping charges.
We are not liable for any loss or damage due to shipping.
